Job descriptionMake outbound calls to academies, venues, coaches, schools, colleges, corporate groups Build and maintain a clean lead sheet with accurate contact details Share basic information about ZPLYS and book demo calls for the senior team Visit nearby academies / venues occasionally for short introductions (if required) Promote tournaments and events through WhatsApp, calls, and follow-ups Support weekend tournaments for registrations & basic on-ground coordination (optional) Assist with data entry, lead classification, and updating CRM sheets Students / freshers / early career candidates Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English) Comfortable making calls and interacting with new people Positive attitude, good discipline, and eagerness to learn Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge Interest in sports is a plus, not mandatory Ability to work 4–6 hours per day (flexible) 300–500 outbound calls 80–120 qualified leads 15–25 demo bookings for the senior sales team Timely and neat updates in lead tracker Optional support in 1–2 weekend tournaments (added incentives) Handsome monthly stipend Performance-based incentives for : Qualified leads Successful demo bookings Event / tournament support Work in a fast-growing Sports-tech startup Learn real-world sales skills : calling, pitching, follow-ups, lead management Exposure to B2B sales, sports academies, events, and on-ground execution Strong career pathway to full-time Junior Sales Executive role based on performance
