Informatica MDM Architect @ Chennai

We are seeking a seasoned

Informatica MDM Architect

to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade data management solutions. This role requires deep expertise in

Informatica MDM

and a strong command of modern data platforms and integration technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, hands-on technical proficiency, and a proven track record in delivering scalable, high-impact data architectures.

Core Responsibilities

Architect and implement

Master Data Management (MDM)

and

Metadata Management

solutions using

Informatica MDM , ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance and quality standards.

Design and build

decision support systems , leveraging structured and unstructured data to drive business insights.

Lead the creation and presentation of

data architecture diagrams , influencing stakeholders and promoting best practices in data modeling, integration, and stewardship.

Deliver robust, scalable solutions across

AWS (including Aurora) ,

Snowflake ,

Informatica Cloud , and

SQL Server

environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate

Profisee ,

Semarchy , or other modern MDM platforms as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science ,

Information Systems , or a closely related field.

115yrs of total experience with minimum

5 years of progressive experience

in data architecture and MDM implementation, including :

Hands-on experience with

Informatica MDM

(deep expertise expected).

Proven track record in

AWS ,

Snowflake ,

Informatica Cloud ,

AWS Aurora , and

SQL Server .

Experience designing and implementing

master and metadata management

solutions.

At least

3 years of experience

creating and presenting

data architecture artifacts

to technical and business stakeholders.

Strong development experience with :

SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

C#

T-SQL / PL-SQL

PowerShell scripting

Postman

or equivalent API testing tools

Preferred Skills

Experience with

Profisee ,

Semarchy , or other modern MDM platforms in addition to Informatica MDM.

Familiarity with

data governance frameworks ,

data quality tools , and

metadata repositories .

Ability to lead data strategy discussions and mentor cross-functional teams on MDM best practices.
