Summary : As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will be pivotal in driving innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep technical knowledge and business acumen to enhance delivery engagements and contribute to shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will also include participating in discussions that enhance Accenture's reputation in the marketplace, ensuring that both client and organizational goals are met effectively. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation / contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of business process design and implementation. - Experience with system integration and data migration strategies. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
