Job descriptionVMware / Omnissa Certified Professional (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of VDI administration experience. Strong knowledge of vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, and Horizon. Good troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation skills.
Job Title : VDI Support Engineer (L2) – VMware / Omnissa
Location : Bangalore / Ghaziabad
Experience : 5+ Years | Certification : VMware / Omnissa Certified Professional
Budget - 10 lpa upto
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage VMware Horizon / Omnissa VDI components (Connection Server, DEM, Pools, Farms).
- Administer vCenter, ESXi hosts, and vSAN clusters.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and license management.
- Handle VDI image creation, optimization, and end-user issue resolution.
- Configure and troubleshoot HA, DRS, vMotion, and virtual networking.
- Manage SSL, STS, and VMCA certificates.
- Generate daily health reports and support DR drills.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ITSM ticket resolution as per SLA.
