Job Summary
We are looking for a female candidate to take on the role of Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong focus on selling banking software products. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in product sales, especially in fintech or banking software, and must be highly motivated, professional, and adaptable to various business environments. This role requires flexibility for extensive travel and the ability to represent the company confidently in front of senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the banking and financial sector.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations and software demos tailored to client needs.
Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and actively manage a strong sales pipeline.
Attend and represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and regular updates to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product sales, preferably in banking software or fintech.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship management and client-facing abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, including both domestic and international trips.
