Position Overview :

We seek a visionary and experienced Senior Architect or Urban Designer to lead complex design and planning projects with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and strategic impact. This is a leadership position for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in architecture, urban design, or master planning. The ideal candidate will bring a design-forward mindset, proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams, and a deep understanding of urban systems and architectural excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of large-scale architectural or urban design projects across various phases (from visioning to construction).
• Manage and mentor design teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive studio environment.
• Act as a strategic leader in shaping project narratives, client relationships, and design direction.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control, ensuring alignment with both client goals and design excellence.
• Present design concepts and strategies to clients, communities, and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborate with internal and external consultants, including engineers, planners, and public agencies.
• Drive innovation in sustainability, equity, and resilience within the built environment.
• Contribute to business development efforts through thought leadership, proposals, interviews, and client outreach.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in architecture, urbanism, policy, and technology to inform forward-thinking design approaches.
