Key Responsibilities :
- Handle client interactions via chat and email with professionalism and clarity.
- Process and validate telecom invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining billing records and support internal reporting.
- Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the internal finance and telecom support teams.
- Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to prepare reports and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies in invoices and follow up with relevant teams.
- Maintain daily logs of communication and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
1 year of relevant experience in billing , data entry , or telecom support .Strong written communication skills in English.Familiarity with telecommunication industry or invoice systems is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).Good typing speed and accuracy.Ability to work night shifts as required by business needs.Basic understanding of billing cycles and financial documentation .Skills Required
