Manager - Finance / Accounts / Taxes

Experience / Reporting : 6-10 years' experience with dual reporting to Founder / Director in Gurgaon and COO based out of Mumbai. (Age less than 35 years at the time of applying.). No work from home or hybrid work. Only work from office.

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Handling processing / banking / treasury management for Indian entity with support from outside vendor. Prior experience of transfer pricing, POEM will be an added advantage.

2. Handling all compliances / board resolutions / audit of Indian entity with support from outside vendor.

Additional skill sets / support functions : Contribute by supporting COO, along with support from external vendors.

1. All compliances and operations for AIF 3

2. All compliances of Investment Advisory - RIA with support from outside vendor.

Skills : Should be sharp with good analytical and communication skills, fluency in English. Should be self-driven, process and long term oriented with an eye for detail and should have the ability to meet deadlines.

Group Profile : The group manages USD 300 million plus AUM with a majority of the investors being global institutional investors. The group deals in listed equities. The group also has an AIF 3 and an investment advisory business in India.
