Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all production activities.
• Manpower handling.
• Monitor the overall plant activities and performance.
• Plan and coordinate with relevant department for all plant activities
• Co-ordinate with maintenance department for regular / daily maintenance jobs, break downs.
• Train employees working on shop floor
• Develop and maintain all the required documents for effective and efficient production
• Maintain clean and safe working environment that support production activities
• Reviewing all SOPs, ISO documents
• Ensure safe operations
