Role Overview :

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Youll collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build impactful products that align with customer needs and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product features.
Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and business data to inform product decisions.
Create detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and user stories.
Prioritize the product backlog and manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
Drive go-to-market plans, product launches, and post-launch performance analysis.
Monitor KPIs, usage analytics, and iterate on product improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :

35 years of experience as a Product Manager (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B / B2C tech).

Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in data-driven decision-making and using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion.

Ability to translate customer needs into actionable features.

Good to Have :

Technical background (experience with APIs, AI / ML, or data products).

Experience working in startups or cross-functional remote teams.

Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI workflows, or automation platforms (if relevant).
