Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for the position of Head Production - Fan Division. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring optimal production planning, managing end-to-end operations, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to project deadlines. The position requires leading production teams effectively, managing resources and budgets, and enabling a smooth workflow to meet organizational goals in the fan division.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience in R&D, Production and in Quality
• Proficiency in Operations Management and streamlining workflows
• Demonstrated leadership experience in Team Management
• Knowledge of Budgeting and resource allocation
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Production Management, or relevant field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing in fan industry is a MUST
• 15-20 YEARS EXPRIENCE OUT OF WHICH MUST HAVE 10 YEARS FROM FAN INDUSTRY
