Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ERP Functional Sr. Consultant with in-depth knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or Oracle Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will bring strong implementation expertise, business process optimization capabilities, and the ability to drive successful ERP transformations for global clients.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

Lead and manage full-cycle ERP implementations from requirement gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture functional requirements and develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
Configure, test, and deploy ERP modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing
Coordinate with technical teams for system integrations, customizations, and data migrations
Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live strategies, and post-implementation hypercare support
Provide end-user training to ensure smooth adoption and change management
Offer Level 2 / 3 support for ERP applications, including SLA-based ticket resolution and enhancements
Analyze and optimize complex business processes, recommending best-fit ERP solutions
Ensure compliance with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies and ERP implementation best practices
Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering continuous learning and team development
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and maintain ERP documentation standards
Support multi-country ERP rollouts, including multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany transaction setups

Required Skillsets :

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP functional consulting

Proven track record of leading at least two full-cycle ERP implementations

Strong functional expertise in at least one of the following : SAP S / 4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Oracle Cloud ERP

Excellent understanding of business process flows across Finance, SCM, Procurement, and Manufacturing

Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, system design, and data migration using templates

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional teams

Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities

Exposure to global ERP rollouts and ability to handle complex project environments

Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with integration tools and cloud migration strategies is a plus
