Oswaal Books, a leader in the educational publishing space, is looking for a dynamic and experienced PR Executive to drive the brand’s visibility across digital and traditional media. The ideal candidate is a seasoned PR professional with strong media relationships, excellent storytelling skills, and experience in working with influencers, celebrities, and production houses to create impactful brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities :

Media Relations :

Draft and share press releases, articles, and statements. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to ensure regular coverage of brand activities.

Digital Integrations & Influencer Collaboration :

Identify opportunities for brand presence on digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, OTT). Work with influencers, content creators, and production teams for effective brand placements.

Production & Agency Collaboration :

Partner with production houses, content studios, and creative agencies to embed the brand in web series, videos, and other formats.

Content Development :

Write and edit authored articles, speeches, op-eds, and other communication materials, maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Celebrity & Talent Management :

Coordinate with celebrity managers and talent agencies for endorsements, handling contracts, and campaign communication.

PR Strategy & Execution :

Plan and implement PR campaigns aligned with business goals. Monitor media trends and manage brand reputation, including crisis communication when needed.

Event & Campaign Support :

Manage PR activities for product launches, webinars, and events, securing pre- and post-event media coverage.

Key Requirements :

3 – 7 years of experience in PR, preferably in publishing, FMCG, media, or education.

Strong media network and influencer connections.

Experience in digital PR, brand integrations, and influencer marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good knowledge of working with production houses and digital content formats.

Experience in celebrity coordination is a strong advantage.

Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or a related field.

Prior experience in PR agency or consumer brand PR.

Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media coverage.
