Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Jaipur for a Billing Representative. The Billing Representative will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, processing invoices, managing insurance claims, and performing accounting tasks including account reconciliation. Day-to-day tasks will also include maintaining accurate records of transactions and ensuring timely billing procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Invoicing skills
• Knowledge of Insurance processes
• Accounting and Account Reconciliation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
