Job description

We are a video editing agency specializing in high-quality YouTube content. Client satisfaction is our top priority, and we uphold this commitment by delivering promised quality, on time, and consistently.

As we scale, we’re looking for an Expert Motion Designer skilled in neat, clean motion graphics animation for YouTube videos.

Location : Work from home (Initially), and then On-Site after few months for candidates nearby Chandigarh. If you're not nearby Chandigarh, you can still apply.

The ideal candidate will be : (Important)

Strong expertise in visually appealing motion graphics for YouTube talking-head videos (see references in google form below).
Strong expertise in Adobe After effects.
Strong eye & understanding of how to edit for "Retention" on YouTube.
Strong sense of visual-rhythm, pacing, clean cuts and storytelling to make videos engaging.
Proven portfolio demonstrating smooth, high-quality YouTube talking-head editing with animations akin to the reference videos below.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES

Refine the raw footage and edit it into long-form and short-form formats.

Create high-quality custom motion graphics to enhance the visual experience.

Source relevant B-roll and implement effective sound design (music and SFX) to create an engaging and compelling story.

Conduct a thorough review of edited videos to ensure accuracy, visual and audio quality, and adhere to platform specific requirements.

Collaborate with the team to understand client objectives, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects to ensure all deadlines are met.

Effectively manage multiple videos projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery.

Proactively stay updated on new editing techniques and YouTube retention tactics, helping to build internal templates and systems to improve team efficiency.
