Roles & Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing : Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Candidate Screening : Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates for further consideration.
• Interview Coordination : Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracker.
