Position : Senior Talent Acquisition

Experience : 2 Years to 7 Years

Location : Bangalore, HSR Layout

Key skills : Technical Hiring / Product-based clients / IT Hiring /

Preferably candidates with Consultancy Experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment for software engineers, full-stack, data, DevOps, and niche tech roles.
• Source and headhunt top tech talent for product-based companies using LinkedIn, Boolean, and X-ray searches.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships , understanding hiring needs and technical requirements.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing recruitment team .
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives , including walk-in drives and niche role campaigns.
• Stay updated on tech hiring trends, tools, and talent market insights to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions.
