Job Title – SailPoint Engineer

Location – Remote

Role Type – Contract through 7 / 31 / 2027

Must Have Skills :

  • 5+ years of strong hands-on SailPoint experience (SailPoint Identity Security Engineer certification preferred)
  • Proven experience working with SailPoint connectors such as Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS / Workday, and REST APIs
  • Expertise in custom connector development
  • Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and JSON for automation, configuration, and onboarding workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence for cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities and Job Details :

  • Support long-term SailPoint Identity Security initiatives for a global enterprise environment
  • Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint identity solutions and integrations
  • Develop and manage workflows for access provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Customize connectors and build integrations with enterprise systems (AD, Workday, Entra ID, etc.)
  • Leverage scripting to automate repetitive tasks and enhance solution scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather identity governance requirements
  • Maintain documentation and operational procedures for identity solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies and best practices
  • Participate in daily Agile standups and report progress
  • Work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time Zone (5 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM EST)
