Robokidz is looking for a passionate and experienced Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO) who will own and drive the company's entire top-line growth across all verticals.
About the Role
As the Co-Founder & CBO , you will :
- Lead the complete sales strategy and execution for all business verticals
- Build, manage, and scale high-performing sales teams
- Drive revenue growth, partnerships, channel expansion, and long-term business value
- Work closely with the founder on vision, strategy, and national scaling plans
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the company's top line
- Represent the company in high-level partnerships with schools, institutions, corporates, and government bodies
- Bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset to help build the company from the ground up

Who We're Looking For
8–10+ years of experience in Sales / Business DevelopmentExperience in EdTech is highly preferred (K12, STEM, robotics, coding, curriculum, school partnerships, etc.)Proven track record of achieving and scaling revenue targetsDeep understanding of B2B, B2C, and institutional sales modelsStrong leadership and team-building capabilityReady to work in a startup culture with speed, ownership, and accountabilityA genuine passion for education, technology, and impactWhy Join Us as a Co-Founder
