Job descriptionLead performance reviews and ensure alignment with organisational goals Oversee fair and transparent promotions Facilitate goal-setting initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives Design training programs for managers Partner with leadership teams to align engagement strategies Analyse engagement trends and provide actionable insights Continuously improve people processes Drive innovation to elevate employee experience MBA-HR from top-tier B-schools (XLRI, TISS, SIBM P, SCMHRD, MDI, etc) Minimum 5 years in COE roles like engagement or talent Desirable : Experience in employee engagement initiatives Strong understanding of employee engagement frameworks and performance management Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
