Qualifications: Should have a Certification/Diploma in Montessori Teaching, Nursery Teaching, or Early Child teaching. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum areas, research, and educational trends in Education.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and implement lesson plans and activities that promote the toddlers' cognitive and social development.

Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and child-friendly classroom environment conducive to learning. Plan and deliver quality lessons to motivate students. Create and utilise appropriate materials and the classroom environment to cater to different learning styles.

Ensure the safety and well-being of toddlers at all times, following school policies and procedures.

Individualized Attention: Provide personalized attention to each toddler, understanding their unique needs and abilities.

Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a supportive educational environment.
