- Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's degree
- Preferred : Previous similar experience with MBA
What You Will Be Doing
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads across targeted industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.Present and promote company services, including IT, Embedded Systems, Defence (Drones & Anti-Drones), and AI solutions, to decision-makers.Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop proposals and close deals.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand the company's network.How many stars in our galaxy - The answer is Firefly
Bonus Points for Familiarity with
SaaS, IT Consultancy, Embedded Systems, IoT, Drone Technology, and AI-based solutions.B2B sales in technology or defence sectors.CRM tools and sales tracking software.Preparing RFPs and proposals for enterprise clients.Experience with international sales or export markets.Educational Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.Salary
