We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who is experienced in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with operations, engineering, sales, product, and customer success teams to design, build, and deploy sophisticated AI solutions that delight our customers and solve critical business challenges. You should be passionate about working on real-world enterprise problems, developing AI models that leverage large-scale data, and ensuring the scalable delivery of these models.

What You’ll Do :

• AI Model Development : Design and implement cutting-edge NLP and Generative AI models, leveraging state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, BERT, and other transformer-based architectures to tackle text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI problems.
• Real-World Business Problem Solving : Work closely with Aviso's leadership, product teams, and customer success teams to architect and deploy AI-driven solutions that meet customer requirements and solve complex enterprise challenges in sales, CRM, and revenue operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge between data science, engineering, and product teams to develop and enhance Aviso AI’s platform, ensuring a seamless integration of AI models into production systems.
• Machine Learning Model Lifecycle : Lead the end-to-end process of building, evaluating, and improving machine learning models, ensuring their robustness and scalability. You will handle model deployment in production, monitor performance, and iterate based on real-world data and feedback loops.
• Conversational Intelligence : Enhance our conversational intelligence platform by integrating next-generation NLP and Deep Learning capabilities, making it more intelligent and context-aware to improve sales and marketing team performance.
• Innovation and Research : Continuously evaluate and adopt the latest AI advancements. Innovate new solutions that enhance Aviso’s existing tools and develop novel approaches for predictive and prescriptive analytics in the sales domain.
• Production-Ready Code : Write clean, production-quality code that integrates seamlessly into the Aviso AI infrastructure. Ensure the reliability of the models by implementing rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring processes.
• Customer-Centric Development : Work closely with product and design teams to ensure that the AI solutions are intuitive and solve specific customer needs. Provide feedback loops to improve both internal tools and client-facing features.
• Feature Engineering & Data Handling : Tackle large datasets (text, image, speech) and apply feature engineering techniques to ensure that data is well-prepared for model training and optimization.
