About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Leader with proven expertise in Enterprise Sales for IT Staffing and Workforce Solutions . This role requires a strategic hunter with deep relationships across Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises, and C-Suite decision-makers . You will be responsible for building high-value partnerships, driving revenue growth, and positioning our staffing solutions as a trusted partner in talent acquisition and workforce transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Business Development : Identify, target, and acquire large enterprise clients for IT staffing and managed services.
- CXO Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with C-Suite leaders (CHROs, CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Heads, Business Unit Heads) to establish long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Define and execute the sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets in the IT staffing domain.
- Account Management : Own key enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Partnership Building : Leverage networks and industry connects to open doors, influence decisions, and position the organization as a preferred IT staffing partner .
- Contract Negotiation : Drive complex deal negotiations including rate cards, SLAs, MSAs, and long-term staffing agreements .
- Market Intelligence : Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to shape business offerings.
- Leadership Contribution : Mentor the sales team, contribute to brand building, and support overall revenue strategy.
Key Requirements
Experience : 10–15+ years of proven success in Enterprise Sales / Business Development in IT Staffing or Talent Solutions .Network : Strong, established connects with CXOs and senior decision-makers in large enterprises across industries.Track Record : Demonstrated ability to close multi-million-dollar staffing deals and consistently exceed revenue targets.Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of IT talent landscape, staff augmentation, managed services, and workforce solutions .Skills : Exceptional stakeholder management, consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.Mindset : Growth-oriented, strategic, and entrepreneurial with the ability to thrive in a high-performance, outcome-driven environment.Why Join Us?
