Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in bulk hiring , preferably from the EdTech industry . The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and meeting high-volume hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
- Manage high-volume hiring for sales, academic, operations, and support roles
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets
Required Skills & Competencies :
Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiringPrior experience in EdTech recruitment is a strong advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong knowledge of recruitment tools and job portalsGood organizational and time-management skillsPreferred Candidate Profile :
MBA in HR completedExperience hiring for EdTech roles / Consultancy.Immediate or short notice period preferred
