About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Deputy Manager - Corporate Communications to manage and lead corporate communication efforts across our key operational cities, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
This role demands an experienced communications professional with a strong PR background, preferably with real estate industry experience, who can drive impactful media strategies, collaborate with PR agencies, and lead a communications team to enhance the company's brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities :
Corporate Communication Management :
- Lead and manage all corporate communication initiatives for Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the company's vision and objectives across all sectors in which the group operates.
Media Relations & PR Strategy :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers across both cities.Work closely with PR agencies to plan, strategize, and oversee the execution of public relations campaigns, media outreach, press releases, and events.
Team Leadership :
Lead and mentor a small team of communication professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Delegate responsibilities, monitor work quality, and ensure timely delivery of communication materials.
Content Development & Review :
Create, review, and approve content plans including press releases, speeches, articles, newsletters, social media posts, and other corporate communication materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand messaging.Innovative PR Approaches :
Continuously seek and implement innovative and strategic PR tools and communication methods to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation.Identify new opportunities for media engagement and corporate storytelling.
Cross-Functional Coordination :
Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, and other internal departments to align communication strategies with business goals and to support organizational initiatives.Travel & Representation :
Travel as needed to other cities for meetings, events, or Regional Business Meetups (RBMs), representing the company in various forums and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Crisis Communication :
Assist in managing communication during crisis or sensitive situations to protect and uphold the company's reputation.Required Qualifications & Skills :
Experience :
6 to 8 years of experience working in a reputed PR agency or corporate communications team, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.Communication Skills :
Exceptional spoken and written English skills with a strong ability to create compelling and clear communication Proven experience leading and managing teams with a collaborative and motivating leadership style.Industry Knowledge :
Familiarity with the real estate industry's communication dynamics and key media players in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.Strategic Thinking :
Ability to develop forward-thinking PR strategies and creatively leverage communication tools for maximum impact.Proactive Attitude :
Self-driven with the ability to anticipate communication needs and act promptly.Travel :
