Advanced AI Engineer (Co-Founder Track)

As an Advanced AI Engineer at Quantilityy AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling AI algorithms, models, and platforms that directly shape our core products and client solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI solutions , ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, consulting, client success) to embed AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights.

Work directly with founders, product leaders, and global clients to translate business requirements into transformative AI products.

Drive the full AI lifecycle : ideation → design → development → testing → deployment → iteration.

Mentor and guide junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.

Push the boundaries of AI — experimenting with new methodologies, tools, and architectures.

Must-Have :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

5+ years of experience in AI / ML development and projects.

Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing .

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch , and modern ML Ops stacks.

Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Nice-to-Have :

Advanced degree (MSc / PhD) in AI / ML, EE, or related disciplines.

Experience building AI-driven SaaS or enterprise solutions .

Understanding of Generative AI, conversational AI, reinforcement learning .

Proven track record of leading teams / projects in a fast-paced environment.

Prior startup or co-founder experience (even if small-scale) is a plus.
