Telecom Test Solutions Lead

As a System Test Tech Lead in Nokia's Femto performance and capacity team, you will enjoy a collaborative work environment focused on mobile network solutions for the Space and Defense sector.

You have :

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or similar with 12 to 15 years of work experience in telecommunications
• Strong understanding of SA, NSA User Plane, RLC, MAC, and L1 performance parameters.
• Hands-on experience with QC Mobile, commercial UE, and tools like QXDM / QPST / XCAL / TEMS
• Familiarity with 5G L2 features, Link Adaptation, RR, and PFS Scheduler
• Proficient in link budget analysis, power control, and L1 feature testing
• Excellent log analysis and debugging skills
• Knowledge of CPU and memory loading calculations for gNB performance testing
