We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in IT recruitment. As a Sr. IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and ensuring we attract top-tier candidates who align with our company's needs and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
5–7 years of experience in IT recruitment and leadership hiring
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Thorough experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Proven ability to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and senior roles
Hands-on experience in leadership, niche, and lateral hiring
Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management
Experience in headhunting and passive candidate outreach
Ability to work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements
Good understanding of technical skill sets and IT hiring trends
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through
