We are seeking an accomplished Senior Data Science / AI Solutioning & Delivery Lead with 12+ years of progressive experience in building and deploying AI / ML-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on expertise in data science with proven leadership in solutioning, stakeholder management, and delivery execution.

This role will be pivotal in shaping AI solution strategy, architecting scalable models, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business-impacting outcomes for global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Solutioning & Strategy :

• Engage with business stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to identify opportunities for AI / ML and advanced analytics.
• Translate business challenges into well-defined problem statements and design end-to-end AI / ML solutions.
• Drive solution architecture, including data pipelines, model design, deployment, and MLOps.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, CV, NLP, Predictive / Prescriptive models) for applicability in enterprise contexts.
