Job descriptionThe role holder is responsible for the achievement of collection targets at a Regional level. The role holder is also responsible for managing the collections processes in the region, developing process improvements and reducing turnaround time. Ensuring adequate staffing in all the collections teams in the region is also a critical responsibility of the role holder. Ensure achievement of collections target in the region. Lead, manage and mentor the collections team in the region. Responsible for the smooth functioning of the collection processes in the region.
