We are seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Majesco Solutions and Insurance Claims. The successful candidate will be key in designing, developing, and deploying insurance solutions, focusing on Majesco Claims Vantage and IDAM.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirements grooming sessions and design functional modules for insurance solutions
  • Understand and work on Majesco Claims Vantage base system and its functionalities
  • Configure screens, rules, IEL tables, and other elements using Dev Studio
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement requirements and address defects and change requests
  • Deliver work estimates for proposed changes and drive end-to-end delivery of functionality
  • Ensure adherence to processes and best practices throughout the project
  • Review unit and integration testing scope for business requirements
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of the functionality until production release
  • Ensure the processes and best practices are followed throughout the project
  • Provide mentorship to team members

    • Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience is required
  • Strong experience on Claim Vantage (Claims for L&AH, IDAM (Integrated Disability and Absence Management)
  • Good knowledge of Majesco Dev Studio Tool : Screen Configuration, Rules / Validation configuration, IEL Table, Ratings, Tax surcharge, Premium Summary , Forms / Documents (DocGen), CP & TL expression
  • Hands-on experience in Claims-Configuration and Console modules
  • Experience withConfiguring Customizing Party Module, Task Creation, Configuring Customizing, Extension and Advanced Extension points, customizing Automated Reserves, etc
  • Proficiency with Party and Claims Configuration
  • Knowledge of Integrations with Claims and Portals
  • Experience in Third Party Integrations
  • Experience in Legacy migration of Claims Data
  • Ability to debug the application using debug panel or other debugger techniques in Majesco products
  • Knowledge of SAFe Agile delivery model
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound recommendations
  • B2+ English level
