Telecommunications Solutions Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Unified Communications Engineer with a strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing voice and collaboration solutions across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with MS Teams, WebEx Calling, Zoom, RingCentral, and Cisco voice infrastructure.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless collaboration experiences and support day-to-day operations in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise voice and video solutions across platforms like MS Teams (Voice / Calling), WebEx Calling, WebEx Contact Center, WebEx DI, Zoom, and RingCentral.
• Manage and maintain Cisco voice infrastructure including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco HCS, Cisco SBCs (Session Border Controllers), and Cisco UC On-Prem.
• Participate in planning and executing voice migration or integration projects.
• Ensure high availability and performance of voice systems through proactive monitoring and tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with networking, security, and desktop teams to ensure voice services are integrated and secured properly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and processes.
• Support compliance and audit requirements related to voice infrastructure.
• Work with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and service improvements.
