About the role :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to manage the onboarding, administration, and exit processes for both field and office employees. The role is designed for professionals in the early stages of their HR career who are eager to gain hands-on exposure to large-scale HR operations.
This is a 7-month contractual position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & Documentation
- Manage onboarding of new hires across field and office locations.
- Ensure accurate and complete collection of employee documents (contracts, ID proofs, bank details, etc.).
- Maintain and update the employee master database and onboarding trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams for smooth induction and role mapping.
2. HR Administration & Data Management
Maintain up-to-date records of all active employees across multiple locations.Track and report headcount, joiners, exits, and transfers in real time.Support issuance of contracts, ID cards, and onboarding kits.Coordinate with finance and payroll teams for attendance and HR input validation.3. Exit Management
Handle the complete exit process, ensuring timely completion of documentation and clearances.Maintain an accurate tracker of exited or inactive employees.Collect and record exit feedback to identify recurring trends.4. Reporting & Compliance
Ensure all HR documentation and processes comply with internal standards and audit requirements.Generate regular reports on headcount, attrition, and workforce movements.Assist in HR audits and data reconciliations with the central HR dashboard.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s in HR or a related field preferred.0–2 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or administration.High attention to detail and accuracy in managing large datasets.Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with HRMS tools preferred.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage large-volume processes in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer
