Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Banker (Sales) located in Chandigarh. The Retail Banker will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include handling deposits, managing customer inquiries, and delivering personalized banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in handling Deposits
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
