Reports To : SAP Technical Lead / IT Infrastructure Consultant.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Basis Consultant with approximately 4.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP system administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and reliability of our SAP systems across development, quality, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S / 4HANA, BW, PI / PO, Solution Manager, etc.).
• Handle SAP transports, client copies, and system refreshes.
• Monitor and manage SAP HANA or traditional databases (Oracle / MS SQL), in collaboration with DBAs.
• Apply support packages, kernel upgrades, and system patches.
• Support user administration, roles, and authorizations in SAP environments.
• Work with SAP OSS to resolve system-related issues.
• Participate in SAP implementation and migration projects.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on backup, DR, and system availability.
• Document SAP technical configurations, operational procedures, and issue resolutions.
