About the Role

We are seeking Video Data Collection Contributors to support a major Egocentric (First-Person POV) Video Dataset Project. This project involves recording short, realistic household activity videos using a smartphone attached to a head-mounted phone holder. These recordings will support the development of AI models designed to understand real-world human interactions.

This is a contract-based, remote opportunity and does not require prior experience. Contributors may work flexible hours and complete tasks at their convenience.

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must have access to a safe household environment for filming.

Must own a smartphone meeting minimum requirements :

iPhone 11 or newer, or

Android equivalent (Samsung S10, OnePlus 7T, Google Pixel 4, or newer)

Ability to purchase a smartphone head-mount. The cost will be reimbursed after you submit at least 5 minutes of approved video.

Ability to follow written guidelines carefully and record videos clearly and steadily.

Access to a stable internet connection for video upload.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

Experience using smartphone camera settings (resolution, FPS, landscape mode).

Basic familiarity with file upload systems or mobile data portals.

Compensation

You will be paid $5 per approved hour of video content.

Compensation is based solely on the duration of video that meets project criteria and passes quality review.

All payment terms will be clearly communicated during onboarding.

This is a contract-based, paid opportunity. It is not an internship or volunteer role.
