Senior Compliance Analyst

Trivandrum Location

Conduct regular risk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate the SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3 audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.

Oversee PCI DSS assessments, ensuring adherence to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

Ensure comprehensive documentation related to IT policies, procedures, and controls.

Track and report on compliance activities, presenting findings and recommendations.

Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and security best practices.

Participate in the selection and implementation of IT security controls.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's / Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity etc. (or Bachelor’s Degree plus relevant information security certification).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in relevant IT compliance tools and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant information security certifications.

Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) tools and frameworks.

Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and security controls.
