Corporate and Commercial Litigatio n : Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act,Qualifications : - 2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore.- Having knowledge / expertise in IBC or CPC.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- And candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.Responsibilities : - Should be able to research and draft notices, plaints, petitions independently.- Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management.- Representation before District Courts, Commercial Courts and Arbitration Tribunals.-

• Assist the senior during evidence and arguements stage.CTC : 4.5 to 7. lakhs based on the candidate. Post completion of 1 year, a performance-based incentive model will be initiated. Probation period is 3 months.- View my profile at
