Job Title : React.js Developer (2–4 Years Experience)

Job Summary / About the Role : ARSoft Consulting is seeking a skilled React.js Developer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience to join our remote development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge web applications in collaboration with a globally distributed team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in front-end development, a deep understanding of JavaScript and React.js, and a passion for building responsive, high-performance user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
  • Translate design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI / UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.
  • Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with React.js.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) :

  • Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript.
  • Basic understanding of UI / UX design principles.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Experience working in remote and distributed teams.
