(to support students’ emotional well-being, behavioural growth, and teacher-student relationships)

Kindergarten Teachers

(for Kiddies School – 2 openings)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons in alignment with CBSE and Rysen’s learning philosophy.

Create a positive, inclusive classroom that encourages curiosity, confidence, and creativity.

Assess student progress regularly and share actionable feedback with parents.

Collaborate with peers and coordinators to design activities and events that enhance learning outcomes.

Participate actively in school programs, events, and student enrichment initiatives.

(For Counsellor role)

Provide individual and group counselling to help students manage emotions, relationships, and classroom behaviour constructively.

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate with

B.Ed.

(for teaching positions).

Relevant subject expertise

and prior experience in reputed CBSE / ICSE / RBSE schools preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Empathy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with children.

(For Counsellor role)

Degree / Diploma in Psychology, Counselling, or related field with relevant school experience preferred.
