As a Credit Manager you will be responsible for working closely with the Head Broker and assist the broker to evaluating home loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, income documents, conducting detailed financial analyses, preparing files from submission to Approval, and providing recommendations to support lending decisions. The role also involves collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure adherence to credit policies and delivering exceptional service to clients. Role responsibilities : Conduct servicing assessments using appropriate lender calculators Expert in evaluating complex home loan applications (Company, Trust, Partnership, PAYG income, Guarantor Applications & SMSF Deals) Research
