We are looking for Windows Server Admin. Below are the details.

Role : Windows Server Admin

Experience : 5-10yrs

Skills : Windows, SCCM

Notice : Immediate joiners only

Job Location : Hyderabad

Mode of Work : Work from office

Shift : Rotational (24 / 7)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide 24 / 7 L2 / L3 support for Windows server infrastructure.
• Respond to monitoring alerts and troubleshoot OS-level issues (e.g., boot failures, BSODs).
• Resolve performance problems related to CPU, memory, and disk I / O.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and policies.
• Fix authentication and account lockout issues.
• Apply and troubleshoot Windows Updates and patches.
• Monitor and restore backups; resolve backup failures.
• Support Hyper-V and virtual machine issues.
• Review logs and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation and update knowledge base.
• Identify vulnerabilities and perform remediation.
• Build and configure Windows Servers following CIS benchmarks.
• Act as escalation point for IT Service Desk.
• Automate provisioning and decommissioning of servers using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Ensure server builds include Tronox security tools (SCCM, Trend Micro, Tenable).
• Conduct regular backup and restore drills every 90 days.
• Collaborate with infrastructure architecture, application, database, and network teams.
• Handle JIRA ticket lifecycle including creation, updates, and closure.
• Support scheduled change windows and execute planned upgrades.
• Participate in managing major business outages during weekends and holidays.
