SAP FICO Consultant - FICO Blaze

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in FICO Blaze implementation and support. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) module configuration, integration, and customization to meet business requirements in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) .
• Understand business processes related to finance and controlling and translate them into SAP solutions using FICO Blaze.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and Asset Accounting.
• Perform gap analysis and prepare detailed functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.
• Support the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of system and user documentation.
• Participate in SAP upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
