Talentiser has been mandated to hire an EA for a well known VC firm. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant to our Partners, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Partners' daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for multiple Partners
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and itineraries
• Responsible for general office support, including filing, office supplies ordering, office supplies inventory control and replenishment, office maintenance, mailing and courier, coordinating with and supervising third-party vendors, etc.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations
• Organise office events, such as team offsites, celebrations, etc.
• Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
• Provide general administrative support as needed
