UI Test Automation Engineer - Cypress / Selenium

Job Role : UI Test Automation Engineer

Experience : 3 to 7 Years

Location : Bangalore

We are looking for a UI Test Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and strong programming skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web-based applications, as well as collaborating with Agile teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain UI test automation frameworks using tools like Cypress or Selenium.
• Develop automation scripts for web applications using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or REST.
• Work with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber or TestNG.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility in automated tests.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Support manual testing activities using tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA (minimum 3 years).
• Contribute to CI / CD processes and integration of automated tests in pipelines.
• Track defects and work with development teams for timely resolution.
• Knowledge of API, protocol, or performance testing is a plus.
