Job Description :

  • Conducting a detailed analysis of job descriptions and understanding the requirements
  • Ensuring that validated profiles are provided within the stipulated timelines
  • Assisting with the screening of resumes through various job portals
  • Scheduling shortlisted profiles for interviews and following up with candidates
  • Ensure all HR files and documents are organized and up to date
  • Maintain and update the HR database

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or any related field

    • Expertise :

  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    • Duration :

  • The internship will be for a duration of 3 months
