About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team and help us build the future of conversational AI. In this role, you'll build and maintain scalable applications from scratch, leveraging a full-stack tech stack that includes React.JS, Node.js and MongoDB. You will take ownership of features, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and transform complex ideas into elegant, powerful experiences.

Your work will directly impact our users by creating everything from traditional UIs to conversational co-pilots. We're looking for someone who is not only a skilled developer but also a product-minded individual with a passion for engineering excellence and a strong drive to innovate with AI.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain Full-stack AI applications : Take full ownership of features from ideation to production. You'll use a diverse tech stack including React, Node and Golang to build scalable and robust applications.

Collaborate on product development : Work closely with product and design teams to translate complex requirements, user stories, and mockups into tangible, high-quality products. This includes building both traditional UIs and innovative conversational co-pilots.

Ensure code quality and scalability : Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Actively participate in code reviews to maintain a high standard of engineering quality and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Drive technical innovation : Stay current with emerging web development trends and leverage modern, AI-powered tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to enhance engineering practices and accelerate development.

Requirements :

3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development, including expertise with technologies such as React.

Demonstrated experience with server-side frameworks like Node.js, Express, or Flask.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and / or TypeScript.

A strong interest in AI, prompt engineering, and building AI-native products.

Proven experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A strong sense of product ownership and empathy for the end-user, with a demonstrated ability to build for different personas.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges in the AI domain.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
