Qualifications
Qualification
Post Graduation in Human Resources Management with a minimum post qualification experience of 18 to 20 years (including 7 to 8 years in Plant HR Function).
Additional qualification in law will be an added advantage.
Language Proficiency :
English & Hindi
Experience :
Exposure to working in manufacturing companies.Exposure of dealing with Blue collar Union & Long Term Wage SettlementsMulti-national companies (MNC) background will be preferred.HR GeneralistCompetence Requirement : Need to possess below competencies of excellent to outstanding level :
