Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions within a fast-growing IT environment.

Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist in onboarding new employees – documentation, induction, and orientation.

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.

Support the team in performance appraisal processes.

Draft HR policies, letters, and internal communications.

Address basic employee queries while ensuring confidentiality.

Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in HR and IT industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
